Studies Show That Women Who Exercise And Take Fish Oil Have Less Risk For Bone Loss And Inflammation

Here’s what studies show
After analyzing the results from a study of 79 healthy women, researchers found that bone density increased in women that took a fish oil supplement and exercised 3 times a week.
Not only that, but the women who combined fish oil with exercise experienced fewer markers of inflammation. Importantly, these findings were only observed in the groups that received both treatments of exercise & fish oil.

These findings are pretty amazing, but this isn’t the first time a link has been found among omega-3 fatty acids and bone density.
